Established in May 2013, our company occupies a facility of over 15,000 m², with 5 production lines capable of manufacturing more than 8,000 units annually. We employ over 100 staff, including R&D and technical personnel more than 20%. Our core R&D team is led by One senior engineer, Two intermediate engineers, Three assistant engineers, and 1 senior technician. Annual investment in R&D exceeds 5% of total revenue.
We closely carries out university-enterprise cooperative R&D including Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shenyang University of Technology and Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute. Through coordinated physical field simulation and full lifecycle testing, we continuously improve product efficiency, NVH performance and reliability. Advanced Production Processes and Technology
In motor design, we have established a fully digital simulation system covering electromagnetic, structural and thermal management aspects, ensuring each motor undergoes multi-dimensional performance verification before manufacturing. Through efficiency MAP simulation, we accurately predict energy efficiency distribution across all operating conditions, guaranteeing optimal energy-saving performance in real-world applications. Electromagnetic and thermal simulation technologies work together to optimize core temperature control and loss distribution, laying the foundation for high efficiency and stable operation. Structural simulation helps identify risks in critical areas such as shaft stiffness and lamination strength, ensuring mechanical reliability under complex working conditions.
On the manufacturing side, 68 standardized processes and 12 online inspection points enable visual control and real-time feedback of process parameters. By continuously monitoring and statistically analyzing key indicators like vibration, noise and temperature rise, we have progressively built a traceability system covering the entire production flow. This ensures that data for every motor is searchable and trackable. Dynamic Testing and Continuous Process Optimization – Ensuring Stable and Reliable Motor Products with Advanced Detection Technology
In dynamic testing and continuous process optimization, we rely on advanced detection technologies to build a quality assurance system spanning the entire product lifecycle. To meet specific customer requirements, we conduct specialized tests such as precise shaft voltage/current measurements and harsh environment simulations including salt spray and mold tests, ensuring motor adaptability and reliability in diverse operating conditions. Our materials and reliability lab is equipped with insulation aging test systems and multi-spec environmental chambers, validating product lifespan from the material level through accelerated aging and environment simulation. We commit to initiating root cause analysis within 24 hours for any field feedback and promptly updating control documents with optimization measures. An annual management review led by top executives, driven by full-process data, ensures our continuous improvement efforts remain aligned with customer needs. This systematic approach provides lasting, stable performance for every motor product.
