Raw Material Inspection

Implements “source control” to ensure superior quality. All incoming silicon steel sheets, magnet wires and bearings undergo full-item testing per internal AQL standards, eliminating quality variations at the first step.

Fully Automated Winding Systems

Achieve precision winding for exceptional performance. Using CNC winding machines, we deliver accuracy and reliability far surpassing manual craftsmanship, ensuring precise turns, constant tension and tightly arranged coils which the foundation for motor efficiency, low loss, and superior electromagnetic performance.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI)

Builds a robust insulation barrier. Under high vacuum and pressure cycles, insulating varnish deeply penetrates every micro-gap of the windings, forming an integrated high-strength insulation system. This significantly enhances moisture resistance, shock resistance and heat dissipation, ensuring long operational life in demanding environments.

Automated Painting Line

The fully automated painting line brings superior finish quality, high throughput and consistent coating results, meeting customized finishing requirements for complex workpieces.

Laser Welding and Precision Tooling

Allow for zero-gap stacking of stator and rotor cores, ensuring lower iron loss and higher energy conversion efficiency in the final product.

Dynamic Balancing Calibration

Achieves microgram-level balancing for smooth, quiet operation. Using hard-bearing balancing machines, rotor residual unbalance is corrected to G 0.4 Grade (exceeding international standards), minimizing vibration and noise to meet the stringent stability requirements of high-end applications.

Comprehensive Performance Testing

Implements 100% full inspection to deliver complete confidence. Every motor undergoes full-load, temperature rise, efficiency, insulation and noise testing under simulated working conditions. Data is automatically recorded and linked to a unique serial number, guaranteeing 100% compliance with design standards and your specifications upon delivery.
