To fully implement the ISO Quality Management System, we have established a rigorous, full-process quality inspection system comprising Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), which supported by a dedicated ERP system and various auxiliary equipment.

Modular Design Verification

By utilizing DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), we proactively identify and eliminate potential design risks.

 

Digital Prototype Testing

Through electromagnetic field simulation, thermal analysis and vibration simulation, we ensure optimal performance is achieved during the design phase.

Tiered Supplier Management

We implement standardized incoming inspections and have established a raw material traceability system:

Graded Supplier Audit System: Annual audits and unannounced inspections are conducted for core material suppliers (silicon steel sheets, magnet wire, bearings).

Standardized Incoming Inspection: Quality benchmarks are controlled at the source based on 23 key acceptance indicators.

Raw Material Traceability System: Each batch of incoming materials is assigned a unique code, enabling full traceability of performance parameters and origins.

Production Process Quality Control

Standardized Operational Procedures: Visual operation standards are in place for 68 critical processes, including stator winding, impregnation dryingand dynamic balance calibration.

Intelligent Online Testing: Integrated automatic detection nodes (e.g., torque testing, turn-to-turn withstand voltage, no-load characteristic tests) provide real-time data feedback across 12 checkpoints.

Statistical Process Control (SPC): Real-time monitoring and trend analysis are conducted for key parameters such as vibration values, noise levelsand temperature rise.

Testing and Continuous Improvement

Full Lifecycle Testing Platform: Simulates durability tests under extreme operating conditions, with cumulative test durations exceeding 10,000 hours for some product series.

Closed-Loop Customer Issue Management: Any field feedback triggers root cause analysis within 24 hours, with optimization measures promptly updated in control documents.

Annual System Review: Led by top management and data-driven to ensure continuous improvement aligns with customer needs.

6S Management and Equipment

Internally, we implement ERP digital operations management and adopt a systematic, scientific organizational management system to achieve the production process management, the raw material management and the quality control. The system tracks and displays production and sales plans versus actual completion in real-time. By monitoring each workshop and every production process, we ensure real-time accuracy and timeliness of production data. Production process monitoring via cameras enables photographic traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Quality inspections are granular down to each process with real-time product reports available, allowing customers to access production progress queries and detailed product documentation.
