These include iron scraps contaminating windings, dust compromising insulation, part collisions and safety risks such as tripping hazards from misplaced tools, blocked fire exits due to material clutter or unlabeled chemicals. This approach fundamentally safeguards quality from an environmental perspective, directly enhancing the synergy between people, machinery and materials, reducing the hidden costs and providing a production environment as clean, orderly and safe as the laboratory , which is the physical foundation for high quality.

Our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) acts as a precise digital nervous system, governing every process from silicon steel sheets to the finished motor. It tracks and displays production and sales plans versus actual completion in real-time. Every workshop and each production step is monitored via photography and videography. Quality inspection is granular down to individual processes and full traceable throughout the production lifecycle. This allows for real-time progress updates and product reporting for customers, achieving fully traceable and transparent production. It ensures on-time order delivery and provides full-cycle services from motor selection to on-site support.
