In alignment with the National Intellectual Property Strategy Outline (2021–2035)and key initiatives outlined in the provincial 14th Five-Year Plan for IP protection and utilization, and guided by the Shijiazhuang Municipal Policies to Support High-Quality Intellectual Property Developmentand its implementation rules, our company launched a dedicated Patent Industrialization Project from March 2024 to March 2025. This initiative aims to advance the city’s intellectual property ecosystem while substantially elevating our own IP capabilities, with a primary focus on the industrial-scale production of our green, energy-saving permanent magnet motor series.

Patent 202110802317.7: An automatic wire winding machine for assembling large motors, featuring sliding, friction, adjustment, and reel-holder devices. This innovation allows for easy adjustment of winding rod spacing, controlled reel rotation speed, and simplified reel handling, significantly reducing labor costs and improving winding efficiency.
Patent 202223480042.9: A bearing journal with alumina-ceramic composite coating designed to prevent shaft currents. Combined with insulating paper at the shaft shoulders contacting the bearings, this structure reduces operational noise and vibration, minimizes bearing damage, enhances operator safety, and improves overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Patent 202121450561.3: An advanced motor cooling structure. Wavy protrusions on a rotating disk interact with rods, brackets, and a fan to effectively lower operating temperatures, thereby extending motor service life.
Patent 202320041409.2: A water-cooled motor housing mechanism. The coordinated design of the base and inner shell forms a cavity for coolant circulation, bringing it closer to heat sources for superior cooling. A fastening assembly ensures secure end-cover installation, while internal channels enhance coolant flow, further optimizing thermal management.
